Virgin Trains reopens London Euston First Class lounge

By Tanya Filippelli

Virgin Trains’ First Class lounge at London Euston reopened on March 17.

Following a seven-week refurbishment and £500,000 investment, the lounge now boasts new interiors, more seats, improved Wi-Fi connectivity, an expanded food and drink offer, a new business area and new shower facilities.

“We are really excited about the new and improved First Class lounge. We have listened to our customers’ feedback and we believe that the end result will exceed their expectations," said Phil Cavender, General Manager at Virgin Trains.

Virgin Trains' First Class customers travelling through London Euston station were able to enjoy a complimentary first drink at the reopening, using a drink voucher offered when the lounge had closed.
