Alpha has been operating food and beverage concessions at Amman since 2005

The terminal started full operations in April when all services transferred overnight from the old terminal buildings. Alpha has invested in seven other food and beverage outlets:  two World News Cafés, Brassiere Café, Grab and Fly Café and the Catalina Café and Bar. Its Sharwarma Rama, features traditional sharwarma as well as traditional Jordanian fare such as mansaf and sajj.  Jarjeer (Arabic for rocket leaf) is a newly developed Alpha brand focused on healthy dining.  It serves a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices, salads and freshly cut fruit.

Alpha Jordan opened its first food and beverage outlets in 2005 in the old terminal, increasing its presence in the ensuing years.

“The impressive new terminal is being very well received by all airport user groups and has resulted in a significant improvement it the airports international ratings,” said a release from Alpha.
