The restaurant Leon will make its entry at the airport, as well as two outlets of the coffee shop concept Flat White, a Burger King and the to-go concept GrabandFly.

The outlets will be built in phases and the complete array of hospitable venues will be open for guests in the next six months. East Midlands Airport is undergoing a £12 million (US$19 million) redevelopment.

The estimate revenue during the 10-year contract term for these venues amounts to €100 million (US$136 million).
