Allegiant quizzing industry on cabin automation practices

By Rick Lundstrom

Allegiant Systems wants to find out more about how global airlines are integrating cabin automation technology into their operations, and is asking them to complete a short online survey on the company’s website.

The company wants to know what problems encountered in implementing new technologies and other related challenges. Allegiant Systems will be releasing the results so that airlines will be able to compare their in-cabin automation efforts, with the efforts of other airlines.

“We'd like to encourage as many people as possible to complete the survey to ensure that it offers a complete and global representation of the state of airlines' in-cabin technology,” said a spokesperson for Allegiant.
