Air France unveils new economy and premium economy cabins

Air France recently unveiled its new products and services to be offered in its premium economy and economy cabins.

Economy class will feature ergonomically-redesigned seats with more legroom, comfortable headrests and a wider tray table. Some of the offerings in the premium economy class will include comfortable seat cushions and a multi-position footrest.

Entertainment will include high-definition, wide touch screens that will offer over 1,000 hours of music, movies, TV series and many other programs available on demand.

The meal service has also been upgraded, with a second hot dish and new gourmet offerings of candies and ice cream, all presented on eco-designed tableware designed by Catalan designer, Eugeni Quitllet.

Organic produce, new tableware and a selection of new children’s games are part of the new offerings as well.

In January 2014, Air France will unveil the products and services to be offered in its future business cabin .
