Technology Solutions event added to Passenger Experience Week
A new technology-driven event is being added to the 2018 Passenger Experience Week line-up, held from April 9 to 12 in conjunction with the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo and Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg.
Passenger Technology Solutions (PTS) is a chance for exhibitors to showcase innovations that “enable a more seamless inter-connected journey to passengers,” according to a December 6 statement released by Reed Exhibitions, the organizer of Passenger Experience Week. The PTS portion of the event will take place from April 10 to 12.
Airline and rail operators visiting the event be able to experience these cutting-edge technologies first-hand. Also, will be invited to keynote speeches on hot-button topics, including “Is the CXO (Customer Experience Officer) the new CEO?”
“The launch of Passenger Technology Solutions comes at a transformative time for the passenger experience industry,” said Archana Sharma, Exhibition Director of Passenger Technology Solutions, in today’s release. “Today’s passengers not only expect the same level of connectivity and seamless communication throughout their journey as they have at home or in the office, they now demand it.”
As part of Passenger Experience Week, PTS will add a new level of insight and in-depth commentary on the changing landscape of the air and rail travel industry. Growing each year in size and scope, the 2018 show will attract upwards of 18,000 international visitors, including 2,000 VIP airline delegates and more than 180 airlines and lessors.
