JAL launches new collaboration for Economy Class

Starting December 1, the 26th installment of the Air Series in-flight meal will be introduced on the "JAL KITCHEN GALLERY" menu on Japan Airlines.Chicken and steamed vegetable based mushroom soup with pasta alla Genovese, stone oven baked bread and yellow peaches with yogurt flavored jello

The menu is served served in Premium Economy and Economy Class for flights to Europe, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

JAL is collaborating with Soup Stock Tokyo and serve a hearty chicken and vegetable based mushroom soup. The meal is served as the second meal before arrival.

From Tokyo (Narita) the new menus will be served on routes to Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Vancouver, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Sydney, and Melbourne

From Tokyo (Haneda) the service will be on flights to New York, San Francisco, London (JL043 only), and Paris. From Osaka (Kansai) the menus will be served on the route to Los Angeles.
