SugarCreek to bring Sous-vide to IFSA
SugarCreek will be exhibiting for the first time at this year’s International Flight Services Association (IFSA) Conference and Expo in Portland, OR from September 28-30.
Having just opened a new 418,000 square-foot facility in Indiana, devoted largely to Sous-vide, SugarCreek and partner James Calvetti Meats will be preparing Sous-vide Lamb Rib Chops Frenched, Lamb Loin Medallions, Beef Tenderloin Medallions and Beef Short Ribs at the expo (booth 814S).
