Air France adds Marcon dishes to La Première

One of the offerings now flying on Air France

New dishes by Chef Régis Marcon have been served in the La Première class cabin of Air France starting this month and continuing through September.

Free-range chicken with black morels, brill and shrimp with chanterelle mushrooms, braised veal shank are among the offerings.

Five dishes in total are part of the service. Marcon has been with working with Air France since April of this year. He was the 1995 Bocuse d'Or winner and has three Michelin stars. He collaborated with chefs at Servair to develop the offering.

“From Ardèche to Auvergne, Régis Marcon has plunged the roots of his cuisine in his family heritage, from which he's always taken the best to create an authentic cuisine,” said a release from Air France.
