BA to launch new breakfast service developed with En Route

En Route International and the British Airways Catering Development team have launched new breakfast services on all night flights from the United States to the United Kingdom.

These new services start in May from 20 cities across the U.S.En Route's new snacks are part of British Airways' second service on routes form the U.S. to the United Kingdom

The meals are offered to World Traveller passengers as a new London breakfast service usually about one hour before flight arrival.  The breakfasts are presented in stylish meal boxes depicting the famous icons of the London landscape: The 02 Arena, Tower Bridge, The London Eye and Big Ben.

Inside are all butter croissants and a wheat-free granola bar, made with whole grains oats, quinoa and amaranth, together with dried cranberries.

Daylight flights feature a luxury cranberry orange slice, a yogurt-based cake filled with plump cranberries and flavored with orange.                        

Passengers in First and Club World will soon be enjoying a new selection of premium, artisan bread rolls from En Route, sourced from leading bakery manufacturers in North America. The new bread selections include Honey Oat Wheat rolls, French Michettes, and Sesame Semolina Ciabattas.

British Airways has worked with En Route International for more than 10 years, for premium bakery and snack services in the UK and overseas.
