Mark Adams has been named the new finance director and Andrew Magowan has been named company secretary and general counsel at Alpha Airports Group PLC.

Adams joins the company from STA Travel Group, a youth and student travel company where he was chief financial officer. Magowan will join the company in late November. He comes to Alpha from Associated British Foods PLS where was the senior lawyer.
