DO & CO and Turkish Airlines agree on a joint venture

The management of DO & CO has concluded a joint venture agreement for catering Turkish Airlines that will take effect in January.

Both partners have a 50 percent share in the new company and will start catering all Turkish Airlines flights. The new company will have two units in Istanbul and units in Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Bodrum, Trabzon, Dalaman und Adana.

Do & Co plans a food processing plant in Istanbul and Ankara. Press accounts put the value of the joint venture at U.S. $40 million.
