HMSHost plans four eateries at SDIA

Four restaurants, including a new outlet bearing the name of celebrity Chef Martin Yan will be opening in the next year at San Diego International Airport, announced concessionaire HMSHost.

The first Yan Can outlet at an airport will feature popular Asian dishes bearing the name of the television chef. Yan has opened restaurants throughout northern California. One of his favorite dishes is the Chinese Chicken Salad made up of grilled chicken, red cabbage, oranges, peanuts and cilantro tossed with original peanut dressing and lo mein noodles.

Three other restaurants are planned: Brioche Dorée Café and Bakery, a French themed café with gourmet sandwiches and salads. A Chili’s Too franchise will be located in Terminal 1’s food court along with a Quiznos submarine sandwich shop.
