EVA opens new LAX lounge
After a soft opening at the end of August, EVA Airways has a new US$5 million lounge for Laurel Class and high-end card members of its frequent flier program at the Bradley terminal of Los Angeles International Airport.
The new lounge seats 186 people and is outfitted with the latest business amenities, in its 8,000 square foot area. It is on the fourth floor of the north wing of the terminal.
EVA operates 17 weekly flights from LAX to Asia. The new lounge is one of four “mega lounges” financed by the airlines and gives travelers as much as 72 percent more space than lounges operated by individual carriers. EVA shares the lounge with Air India, Air Tahiti Nui, China Airlines, China Eastern, El Al Israel Airline, Malaysia Airlines, Mexicana and Philippine Airlines.
