Charter service and boat excursion business has been brisk the past several months in the seaside city of Goa, India and Advani Hotels and Resorts (India) Ltd. has redesigned and redecorated its beach resort in preparation for the tourist season. Advani operates Airport Plaza Flight Services, which caters Goa International Airport. Scheduled and charter service has picked up in the city, reports Joao Aguiar, director of operations. “Our Caravela cruise line continues to entertain guests every day and night, with its cruises along the Mandove River and the Arabian Sea. With its Casino Goa, (it) is the only gaming casino in India,” says Aguiar.
