Finnair offers yearly crayfish treat

For the past seven years, late summer passengers on Finnair business class have enjoyed an authentic meal of crayfish from Lake Saimaa in eastern Finland. And the airline continued the yearly crayfish feast starting August 17.

The crustaceans are a traditional delicacy and are served often at parties in the country. Finnair combined its menu with toast, dill and lemon and Finnish schnapps. Flight attendants also passed out special security safe utensils that are needed to crack the hard crayfish shell.
