Seabourn adds more casual dining options
The Yachts of Seabourn has added another casual alternative dining option to its normal contingency of luxury offerings aboard all three of its ships with a menu of grilled seafood and steak for dinners in the open air in a venue called the Sky Bar.
Seabourn keeps the fare simple. Steaks, seafood and specialties are the centerpieces of the Sky Grill menus. The restaurant can accommodate approximately 40 of the ship’s 208 guests per night, by reservation and there is no extra charge.
Sky Grill Dinners join the range of dining alternatives presented to Seabourn’s guests. Each ship’s, open-seating restaurant serves American cuisine designed by celebrity chef Charlie Palmer. A more casual alternative is offered by “Tastings@2”, serving small plates tasting menus.
