Wessco International, a provider of hospitality, comfort and travel industry products was recently awarded the contract for cups on Southwest Airlines . The Los Angeles based firm developed a product that was easier for flight attendants to handle and and also convinced the carrier to switch from polyethylene to polypropylene which saved it $1 million.
