Lounges moved during LAX project
Korean Air was among several carriers that recently announced the relocation executive lounge at Los Angeles International Airport during the facility’s US$575 million reconstruction project.
KAL said the lounge would be shut down from October to June. Most of the executive lounges will be moved to a central area during the building. KAL’s first class lounge will be on the fourth floor of the Bradley International Terminal. Its Prestige Club lounge will be in a temporary building that will be serviced by a shuttle that will take four to five minutes to reach flight gates.
