Cathay Pacific prints cook book

Forty recipes from Cathay Pacific’s Best Chinese Food in the Air program are now found in a cookbook called A Taste of Home.

The airline announced the launch of the new richly illustrated book on November 9. Cathay Pacific has picked the best of its 100-plus dishes that have been developed this year. The book is sprinkled with chef insight. The carrier works with several of the top restaurants in Hong Kong to develop the menus for the Best Chinese Food in the Air program.

Cathay Pacific Launched the Best Chinese Food in the Air program in 2000 with partner restaurants around the city. This year, the program was expanded to include several more restaurants to mark the 60th anniversary of the airline.
