United to take Coca-Cola products
Eight beverages from Coca-Cola’s portfolio will be aboard United Airlines flights for the next five years under a contract that took effect this month.
United will also stock Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Spring water, Seagram’s ginger ale, tonic and seltzer waters in its airport lounges later this year.
United has formed a number of alliances recently. In July, passengers will taste some of the menu items designed by Chicago Chef Charlie Trotter. Since last summer, passengers on United transcontinental premium service have been sipping Mai-Tai cocktails and Polynesian cuisine from the famous bar Trader Vic’s.
