Perks in coach class

Wessco International in Los Angeles offers exclusive “brand” lines to airlines for kits given to passengers who have had their luggage lost or delayed.  Wessco also offers special ground crew give-away branded kits for passengers in airport terminals whose flights are delayed.  

“We already pamper the passengers in the VIP lounges with product, but so often the largest traveling segment of travel, the coach class passenger does not get perks. By creating affordable items for this group of travelers, airlines are working on increasing loyalty programs,” said Wessco executive vice president, Sharon Deherder.
