Watermark signs management pact with Air Canada

Watermark Group’s Encompass asset management program will be used to manage the global supply chain for Air Canada under a three-year asset management contract signed last month and announced recently.

Air Canada’s inflight products and cabin equipment will be managed through Watermark’s Encompass Asset Management program. Watermark officials said the contract is part of the company’s operation that caters for all the “above the wing” requirements for airline customers.

“I means, for the first time, we can work in partnership with them and use all our Encompass resources to generate, what we believe will be major savings for the airline,” said Maurice Ostro, CEO for the Watermark Group.

Watermark, through its Air Faye subsidiary has been supplying meals for Air Canada on routes from London.
