Deli Buttons from Poppi Al’s come in eight varieties

Poppi Al’s makes dough into deli

What starts as semi liquid dough balls can be heated quickly into a hot, fresh Deli Button created by Poppi Al’s in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The Deli Buttons are made to allow a containment of semi-liquid food similar to a sourdough bowl. In the case of Deli Buttons, the product is stuffed with a 50 percent filling to dough ratio. The product comes in two sizes, a 1.25 ounce Mini Deli Button and a 4.7 ounce meal size Deli Button. The former product can be cooked in 20 seconds in a microwave oven or 350 degree for five to 10 minutes, if thawed. The meal sized button needs 30 to 40 seconds in a microwave if thawed ore 90-120 seconds if frozen.

The Deli Buttons come in eight flavors with a range of flavors that can be used for breakfasts, lunches, dinners or desserts.
