Jacques Van Staden is the new vice president of food and beverage operations at Celebrity Cruises. He will oversee food and beverage operations across the cruise line’s fleet. The James Beard Foundation recently nominated Van Staden for Rising Star of the Year. He has worked extensively in Washington, DC, most recently as executive chef at the Watergate Hotel. He also operated his own Mediterranean restaurant called Café Olé.
