Trotter specialties now aboard United
United Airlines’ longtime association with Chef Charlie Trotter continues this summer.
Trotter is working with the airline’s corporate chef Gerry Gulli on menu options. The collaboration will work on menus in United First and Business Class on east bound flights to Europe and its premium transcontinental service called p.s.
“I am positive that the customers who fly this airline will appreciate the level of service that United has decided to once again give its culinary component,’ said Trotter in a release when the service was announced this past winter.
Trotter has written 14 cookbooks and two management books. He is also the star of the cooking series The Kitchen Session shown on public television in the Untied States. He is based in United’s headquarters of Chicago.
