Zurich summer on Swiss
Felix Eppisser of the Hotel Rigiblick in Zurich will bring the specialties from the kitchen of his Spice restaurant in the next installment of the SWISS Taste of Switzerland program on Swiss.
Swiss will be boarding the first and business class cabin with the new offerings starting June 1. Among the menu items will be timbale of lobster with lemongrass, salmon filets with a salmon-wasabi mousse and roulade of smoked tuna with cream cheese. Entrees will be a Bengali-style marinated fillet steak with tomato and tamarind chutney, jus lie, spicy peanut puree, and pak choy in coconut milk with potato gratin.
Swiss cheeses will follow the main course and desserts will include a coconut tiramisu with mango sauce and yogurt and lime ice cream.
Wines served during the flight will be Chateau Latour-Martillac, Clos Malverne Auret and Truttiker Pinot Blanc from the Zurich area.
