More Than Gourmet now in Steak Bible
Travel catering supplier More Than Gourmet has received the blessing of Morton’s Steakhouse, one of the largest steak chains in the United States.
In Morton’s Steak Bible, published in May, Morton’s vice chairman Klaus Fritsch with cookbook author Mary Goodbody, urge readers to purchase the company’s Demi-Glace Gold brand sauce for a recipe on peppercorn veal.
