Do & Co to cater Austrian Airlines aircraft and lounges

A new agreement between caterer Do & Co and Austrian Airlines promises a number of changes to its food service in the months ahead.

A range of Austrian breads and wines will be added to the service, and upgrades in the airlines popular coffee service will be among the initial changes, announced the carrier. Form there, Austrian promises “gourmet entertainment” with the first passengers seeing the changes on routes to India, China and Japan.

Austrian plans to also revamp menus on business class flights of more than 2.5 hours.

At Austrian Airlines lounges in Vienna, dishes will be prepared with less wait times with more bread and rolls served. The self service range of products has also been revamped.
