Michelle Bernstein will be developing a new line of appetizers, entrees and side dishes for Delta Air Lines’ BusinessElite cabin over the summer. Bernstein was previously chef at the restaurant Azul at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami. She has worked with a number of famous chefs, including Jean Louis Palladin at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC and Alison Dominick at Le Bernardin in New York. She is also the co-host of The Food Network’s Melting Pot, and has tested her skills on the Iron Chef America television show.
