In June, Abu Dhabi Airport International Catering announced that that Paul Haines would be the new general manager. The caterer’s former general manager Iqbal Shah will take on the newly created position of business development manager. Haines was previously the caterer’s operations manager and oversaw the expansion of the unit from 15,000 to 30,000 meals per day. He joined the operation seven years ago as the hygiene manager. Previously he had a seven-year stint in the British civil service as a food safety enforcement officer.
