Celebrity ends ties with Roux, charts new course

Earlier this month, Celebrity Cruises announced that it will end its agreement with Master Chef Michael Roux when his contract expires.

Roux has been training the line’s chefs for 15 years, making more than 100 visits to ships and taking them to training at his Waterside Inn restaurant in the United Kingdom.

Celebrity officials say the Roux will assist the line during its transition to a new food service program. Celebrity officials, in the January 5 release.
