Business class passengers flying to and from the United States and Canada on Lot Polish Airlines will be the first to see a series of improvements starting with a revamped meal service on new tableware. Lot announced January 17 that it is expanding the offering in business class to a choice of three appetizers and three entrees. The airline also has a light a la carte offering and a quick meal to go with an additional meal service shortly before landing. Starting February 1, Lot will upgrade its service on European flights with a table d’hôtel which is a selection of cold appetizers to go with a hot meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The final touch is a new selection of china designed Helios of the Netherlands. ‘We have benchmarked a new standard of service quality and elegance, expected by Lot Passengers.
