Hot Towels from RacketGroup
RacketGroup, based in Kansas City has seen a surge in hot towel usage in the last year.

“We thought the days of in-flight hot towel service had all but passed,” says new CEO, Dirck Hoagland, “but we were obviously wrong. Sales have really jumped.”
