The Flying Food Group has promoted Glenn Caulkins to regional general manager – Eastern Region effective immediately. Caulkins has been with the company since 2005 as the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance. He previously worked for LSG Sky Chefs for three years a General Manager in Los Angeles. Reporting to Caulkins will be the management at Flying Food's JFK, EWR, and WDC units. He will operate out of the JFK facility.

Three have been named to new spots at HMSHost. Greg Bushnell has been named vice president of design and construction. He was previously with Ruby Tuesday Corporation, the casual dining restaurant company. Kevin Erickson will be responsible for new business development in the southeastern United States. He comes to the company from Foodbrand LLC, where he worked in airport and shopping mall concessions. Finally, Jim Schmitz will direct product selection for the company merchandise categories and handle the company’s retail merchandise strategy. Schmitz was previously with Starboard Cruise Services, where he was vice president for merchandising, planning and distribution of the company’s product line to cruise lines.
