Cabin crew on Cathay Pacific model first class amenity kits with products from Ipa-Nima and Acca Kappa

Designer labels make up Cathay Pacific kits

A group of designer names for men’s and women’s products are found on the new amenity bags that Cathay Pacific Airways showed to the public in early February.

Among the designers picked for the bag and contents are Ipa-Nima, Victorinox and Agnes b. Cathay Pacific says it is the first time the carrier has featured products from top-brand fashion houses for the bags in first class and business class.

In first class, female passengers will receive skincare products from Darphin, a French company. The products are kept in a green suede evening bag by Ipa-Nima a company based in Hong Kong, but started in Vietnam. The men’s kits will contain skincare products from Acca Kappa, an Italian company and makers of the 1869 line of men’s skincare products. The products are packed in a bag made by Victorinox.

Business class will have two unisex kits. Products from Agnes b. will be packed in a striped print bag that comes in four colors and two styles. Business class passengers on flights out of Hong Kong will get skincare products from the U.S. company Murad, a range that is found in spas around the world. Kits on flights to Hong Kong will have skincare products from another U.S. company called Dermalogica.
