Caviar and seafood at SSP Hong Kong outlet

Hong Kong International Airport’s Terminal 1 will be the home to a Caviar House & Prunier bar scheduled to open in March of next year and operated by SSP.

The new outlet will be located on Level 6 of the main retail area, which is home to a number of luxury outlets for Gucci, Ferragamo and Mont Blanc. Caviar House & Prunier will also sell caviars and Balik salmon in retail.

“The world’s top brands are keen to operate at HKIA not only because it’s a great commercial opportunity but also because it’s such a prestigious location. Caviar House & Prunier will be the perfect complement to the retail outlets,” said SSP CEO Andrew Lynch.
