DeSter offers six standard collections of stainless steel cutlery all approved by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Technical requirements imposed by FAA include a 6 centimeter length of the knife’s blade and a blade thickness of 1 millimeter. Fork prongs can be a maximum of 3 centimeters. The handles of knives, forks and spoons are required to be rounded at the end. Samples are available now. |
