Royal Caribbean International announced last week that Steve Shaiken is the new vice president of onboard revenue. He will be responsible for casino operations, retail boutiques, art auctions the lines ShipShape Day Spas and “multiple other onboard revenue streams.”

He was previously vice president of museum operation for Smithsonian Business Venture for the Smithsonian Institute a large museum in the nation’s capital.
