Buy on board planned for Macau LCC The Greater China News Review reported recently that a startup low-cost carrier called Viva Macau would be offering buy-on-board meals provided by Servair Macau. Food on board may be purchased with Macao pataca, Hong Kong dollar, U.S. dollars and Chinese yuan. Viva Macau started operations recently. The carrier flies to Jakarta, the Maldives and Phuket, Thailand with 767 aircraft in a two class configuration.
