Lufthansa continues to upgrade kids program

On the heels of a new line of children’s menu items, Lufthansa German Airlines has added amenity kits with a variety of comfort items on long-haul first and business class.

A kit with warm children’s socks, toothbrush, earplugs and an eye mask was included. The new kit is manufactured like a toiletry bag that can be used after the flight.

In the “Lu’s World” service, children can receive toys, reading material and a coloring book on every flight. There is also a range of children’s films and a several new menu items designed by children and television chef Ralf Zacherl.

“The frequent fliers of tomorrow can thus expect to be spoilt whenever they fly Lufthansa,” says a release from the airline.
