Alpha/Eurostar part of stellar event

At the glittering press event that launched the blockbuster movie The Da Vinci Code a group of A List entertainers was treated to champagne breakfasts, caviar and various sweets and goodies catered by the Eurostar team of Alpha Group.

Stars of the movie, Tom Hanks, Audrey Tautou and Jean Reno sampled the cakes, tartlets, and bagels for breakfast, along with beef medallions, wild mushrooms and ravioli aboard the Eurostar train as it moved from Waterloo Station in London to the Cannes Film Festival this summer. To show their gratitude, Sony International supplied Alpha employees with 25 tickets to an exclusive screening.

“Catering for an event of this profile was a major accolade and all Alpha staff working on the project really rose to the challenge. We are very proud to have played our part in the event’s success. It was a real team effort,” said Lance Hayward, director of commercial services for Alpha.
