HMSHost plans Music City in Nashville
HMSHost Corporation has been awarded a 13-year contract to outfit Nashville Airport with a theme to play off the city’s reputation as a country and western music Mecca.
The contract is worth US$182 million over its lifetime. Opening in May 2007 in Nashville are: Two Starbucks coffee outlets on concourse C of the airport; Jack Daniel's Tennessee Tavern with authentic artifacts will and a full bar service and a menu, centering around Bar-B-Que; the Gibson Café, named after the famous guitar maker featuring Neely's brand Bar-B-Que; the Noshville Delicatessen; Provence Breads & Café, a local restaurant featuring French themed sandwiches and salads
Other outlets are: Quiznos Subs, fresh, made-to order toasted sandwiches, salads breakfast menu.
Other planned restaurants include: Burger King, Baja Burrito, Famous Famiglia Pizzeria, and Seattle's Best Coffee.
