Northwest upgrading first class offering

Starting at the end of August, Northwest Airlines introduced new dinner service with the choice of several entrees in its first class cabin.

The airline is looking to bolster passenger loyalty with the new menus, reports the August 22 edition of the New York Times. Northwest plans to phase in first class menus with 16 new entrees. The dinner service will have several choices of entrees, salads and desserts.
