Iberia adds sandwich selection Iberia last month started a new service of “Fast Good” sandwiches developed by Chef Ferran Adrian of the NH Hotel chain. The sandwiches are served on domestic and European flights in a buy on board program. Prices range from €1.50 (US$2) to €8 (US$10.25) for single items to €10 (US$13) for full meals. The sandwiches bear the name of a chain of Spanish fast food restaurants that Adrian founded. The restaurants stress healthy offerings and the sandwiches are made with Brie cheese, veal, fresh spinach and lettuce, caramelized onions and sunflower seeds.
