Big names found on Crystal culinary cruises
In the 11th annual Food & Wine festival, Crystal Cruises will bring aboard a gaggle of some of the hottest chefs working aboard the Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.
Christophe Emé of the Los Angeles restaurant Ortolan, Iron Chef America Beau MacMillan of the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort Master and Master Chefs Anton Mosimann and André Soltner are all part of the series which will be featured on voyages starting this week and finishing in November with a Panama Canal cruise.
Crystal will have a total of 10 culinary themed cruises in 2007. They feature demonstrations, trips to market, wine tastings and education.
