LSG inks five-year pact with American
LSG Sky Chefs will cater more than 200,000 flights per year at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport under a new five-year contract extension with American Airlines.
Ten more U.S. cities were awarded to LSG with the contract.
“The fact that American Airlines has just recently upgraded its catering levels and also further extended is food for sale program to an a la carte menu choice shows that the airline views in-flight service as an important element in the approach to enhancing the overall customer experience,” says Pat Berkelbaugh, senior vice president of sales at LSG Sky Chefs’ North American operations.
