Servair unit teams with Senegal company for
cleaning, equipping and supplies
Dakar Catering and a company called Senegal Handling Services will create a subsidiary firm of Servair for an expanded service at Leopold Sedar Senghor Airport in Dakar, Senegal.
The new company called SENCA, will cater, clean, equip and provide in-flight supplies to aircraft. Senegal Handling Services will own the 40 percent of the firm percent by Dakar Catering will own 60 percent percent.
Dakar Catering has been providing meal service at the airport since 1973. It is the largest Servair unit in Africa and produces 4,500 meals per day for 20 airline customers. It is one of eight Servair units in Africa.
